This is a one day course for those in the carpet and upholstery cleaning business attempting to sell stain removal services.

It is a pre-requisite that anyone attending this course should have previously attended at least a one day carpet cleaning course.

The course covers types of stain, methods of removal, managing customer expectations, biological stains, dealing with bad odours, stain protectors.

Some sponsors set an exam for students which entitle the student to an exam certification as well as the attendance certificate.
